This is part 2 of a message on the first two chapters of the book of Daniel. In the first chapter, we saw how the groundwork was prepared for God to be glorified. In chapter 2, Daniel provides us with an excellent example of how God does an impossible work through the life of one of His servants.
The first chapter of Daniel reveals a pattern for preparing one's life to glorify God. This teaching examines the underlying components of (1) resolving to obey God, (2) acting by faith, and then (3) receiving Spiritual gifts from God. Daniel's experience in Babylon also provides a great deal of insight for parents raising Christian youth today. This is part 1 of a 2 part segment.
